It is really very easy to send postcards to your clients, customers and friends using LocalBizContact. Have a look at the screenshots given below. This is a step by step guide which will handhold you through the entire process.
STEP #1:Select a Template
Please select a template by clicking on it. The design will appear on the left and your content on the right.
STEP #2:Type in your content
You need not type in your address and other contact information here. Just the content of the postcard. You can type in up to 350 characters. There is a counter just below the form for you to keep track.
STEP #3:Type in your Contact Information
You can give your address, phone numbers, fax, e-mail ID and website here. This is an important step. This information is needed so that the people who receive your postcards will contact you to do business with you.
STEP #4:Preview
Click on Preview and check out how your postcard looks. If you want to change a few words all you have to do is click on Edit. You can make the necessary changes and click on Submit.
You can add e-mails one by one or you can just copy paste in this form. But remember that e-mails have to be one below another. In other words after you enter an email ID you will have to click Enter.
Enter Subject
This is also a very important step. The more interesting the subject line the better chances of people opening your postcard and starting a business relationship with you.
Send Mail
Just click Send and all your postcards are on their way!
