Can I add my own Company logo to the Postcard?
We are working on it. Soon you will be able to customize your postcard by uploading your company logo.
If you do not have one you can still send the postcards without the logo.
What if my business category is not there in the category template?
LocalBizContact is still in the Beta stage and we will be adding more Templates in more Categories periodically. If your business category is not there just e-mail us at info@localbiznetwork.com.
When will you add a template of my business category?
In a day or two, after receiving a new request. Meanwhile you can send postcards by choosing our general category which are specially created to suit all business types.
Adding e-mail IDs
How can I add e-mail addresses to the Postcards?
You can add e-mail IDs by simply typing in or copy pasting from a text or MS-Word document. Remember that addresses have to be separated by using the enter key.
What about Bulk Postcards? It is too time consuming to type in one e-mail ID after another.
You can import bulk e-mail IDs from an MS-Excel file, or a text file or a .CSV file. See the Demo on importing e-mail addresses. If you are unsure about something just call 408 - 741 - 8184 or e-mail info@localbiznetwork.com.
I do not have an address database to send? Can I use yours, if you have one?
No. We strictly follow the Anti-Spam rules. You need to have a database of e-mail Ids of your own to use LocalBizContact.
What about my database? Will it be kept secure and private? Will you use it?
Your confidential database will reside on our own servers in a password-protected area which only YOU can access. We will not access it or use it for any other commercial purpose.

How will people Unsubscribe?
LocalBizContact postcards will have an Unsubscribe button in every postcard. The customer who wishes to be removed from your list has to just click the button. Our software will automatically delete his/her e-mail ID from your address list.
